Responsibility of The Teacher

“One day we all will depart on a journey free of cost. Don’t worry about seat reservation, it is confirmed. The flight is always on time. Our good deeds will be our language. Humanity will be our passport. Love will be our visa. Make sure for our best to travel to Heaven in Business Class.”
                                                                                                             ~ Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam

In today’s time, everyone wants to get succeed at any cost with the pace of time. Our education system stood at first to fulfill this aim. If anyone becomes a good and productive human being for society that's happened just because of the good Mentors and Institutions for instance Mahatma Gandhi, Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam and Kalpana Chawala. But in today’s time the scenario is entirely changed. We have replaced the human's brain almost with machines in every sector. This excessive replacement might also have been harming to the natural brain of adults. Every adult join any institution with a ‘Dream’ to make a good carrier with a dark eye and unclear ideas.

Now who will take the responsibility of that student’s Dreams? It has become a very tough issue  now a days. On the flip side, the paper work and formal hierarchical proceedings of the institutions are going to become very time consuming. When a teacher is expected to achieve all the goals parallel of teaching hours than it exactly affect to his indoor class room performance. But how to manage this! This is another current issue for almost every Institution. So, to get the answer of these questions we need to penetrate deep inside our own formal and informal life so that any solution can be found out.

In my views, One should work in the class room beyond all the formalities in order to give right shape and direction to the visions and ideas of the students. Moreover, a mentor must bear the finest skills to communicate with the student. Lecture plans and all the things must be on the tips instead on papers and a mentor should create questions for students to let their brain busy inside the class room. Most probably, mentors need to use his/her own imagination to make the student’s brain most productive. A teacher, Mentor and any person who take the charge of making and shaping brains of adults must have to install the Clarity, morality, love, discipline, courage, concrete formal an informal way of life in their brains in order to give a fully developed and civilized human being with productive brain to our society.

Finally, as teaching is unending phenomena that can’t be bounded under only words but it can be sum up with the four great qualities of a Teacher written in ‘Wings of Fire’ that:
“A teacher should be passion about giving your knowledge, let the students think beyond your teaching, puts the students ahead and to create pressure on the Students to Explore own capabilities.”
Dr. Avul Pakir Jainulabdeen Abdul Kalam
